What Amazon Will Announce at Accelerate 2026

Amazon Accelerate 2026 runs September 22–24 at the Seattle Convention Center, and Amazon has said exactly one thing about what it plans to launch there: the General Sessions contain exclusive announcements. That’s it. No teaser, no leak, no roadmap.

So look at last year instead. Amazon announced more than a dozen things at Accelerate 2025, and read together they point in one very specific direction. If you know what that direction is, you can predict most of what lands on stage this month — and, more usefully, you can see what Amazon still isn’t going to give you.

What Amazon Actually Launched in 2025

Here’s the list, from Amazon’s own recap posts on About Amazon in September 2025. The headline was Seller Assistant with agentic capabilities — an assistant that sets goals, makes plans, and with your permission acts on your account.

Around it came a cluster of analytics launches. Custom Analytics, a free data workbench pulling 100+ metrics that previously lived across fifteen separate Seller Central reports. Profit Analytics, which consolidates cost data including off-Amazon channels and runs what-if models. Opportunity Explorer, feature and price-point recommendations built from customer interaction data. Unmet Demand Insights, which surfaces demand nobody is currently serving.

Then the logistics and cost side: the end of FBA commingling in favor of stickerless inventory, which Amazon estimated saves sellers around $600 million a year. Global Warehousing and Distribution. Multi-Channel Fulfillment partnerships with Walmart, Shopify and SHEIN. Expanded seller financing through QuickBooks Capital. Shoppable A+ Content. And a commitment to eliminate the root causes behind 25 million seller support contacts.

That’s a serious year. Every one of those is a real product.

The Pattern Nobody Names Out Loud

Look at that list again and ask what all of it has in common.

Every single launch gives you a better view of your own account. Your costs. Your demand. Your inventory. Your support tickets. Your unmet opportunities. Amazon spent a year building you a mirror, and it’s a good mirror.

Not one of them tells you what someone else is doing to your listing.

That’s not an oversight, and I don’t think it’s coming. Amazon’s seller tooling is built on data Amazon holds about your relationship with Amazon. A competitor undercutting you by forty cents at 2pm, an unauthorized seller appearing on your ASIN overnight, someone editing your bullet points through the catalog — those are events on the marketplace, not events in your account. Seller Central will show you the current state. It will not tell you when the state changed, or what it changed from.

Hold that thought. It’s the thing to watch for on stage.

What’s Likely Coming in 2026

Amazon has more than doubled its breakout tracks this year to eleven, and the track list is the closest thing to a public roadmap you’re going to get. It covers account health and compliance, advertising and promotions, brand building, B2B, international expansion, listings and catalog management, multi-channel selling, new product success, orders and returns, pricing and profitability, and storage and fulfillment.

Three things I’d bet on, based on the 2025 trajectory and what Amazon has already published about this year’s sessions.

Seller Assistant gets more autonomy. It went agentic in 2025. Amazon has a named 2026 session called Smarter Account Health Management with Seller Assistant, which tells you the assistant is moving from advice into account health remediation. Worth knowing: Amazon consolidated its buyer-side AI in May, folding Rufus into Alexa for Shopping — a change Amazon announced on About Amazon on May 13. Seller Assistant is the seller-side brand and it hasn’t been renamed. Don’t let anyone tell you Amazon retired its seller AI — it didn’t.

More AI woven into existing surfaces rather than new standalone tools. Amazon’s own preview copy promises interactive AI experiences and ready-to-use AI capabilities across sessions and demos, plus two sessions already named — one on AI-powered FBA inventory and capacity planning, one on AI-powered product insights. The 2025 pattern was standalone launches. The 2026 pattern looks like embedding.

Compliance and international tooling. There’s a session called Unlock Europe: The Compliance Playbook for Amazon Sellers, and a whole track for account health and compliance. Given the pace of listing-requirement changes this year, that’s where the operationally useful material will be.

One thing to be careful about: Amazon is mid-rollout on removing the Featured Offer eligibility gate, which completes by the end of 2026 and will land right around the event. That was announced in July. If a recap post tells you it was announced at Accelerate, that post is wrong.

The Three Tracks Worth Your Time

If you’re in the room, I’d prioritize listings and catalog management, pricing and profitability, and account health and compliance over the growth and brand-building tracks. The growth content gets written up within 48 hours by a dozen people. The catalog and compliance sessions are where Amazon staff answer specific questions, and specificity is the thing you can’t get from a recap.

Book Seller Café before you book anything else. It’s 30-minute pre-scheduled appointments across 50+ categories, and the good slots go early. If you’re running multiple brands or managing accounts for clients, that room is the entire reason to buy the ticket. Solo sellers with a lean team generally get more out of the recordings.

If You’re Not Going

Amazon hasn’t announced a live stream or a virtual ticket for 2026. What it did do last year was post the General Sessions and a selection of breakouts free and on demand to the Sell on Amazon YouTube channel about six days after the event closed. That’s precedent, not a promise — but it’s a good precedent, and it means the keynote content costs you nothing but patience.

Registration is still open on Amazon’s events page, which is also the only place I’d trust for the current price. Early-bird closed in August. Several roundups quote a standard figure that Amazon doesn’t publish anywhere, so check it at source before you budget. Our earlier Accelerate 2026 preview covers the confirmed speaker list, the Agenda Builder and whether the trip is worth it.

The Blind Spot No Keynote Will Close

Come back to the pattern. Amazon is going to spend three days showing you better ways to see your own business, and that’s genuinely valuable — Custom Analytics alone replaced fifteen reports.

But here’s what happens the week after Accelerate, every year. A seller comes back from Seattle with a notebook full of ideas, opens the dashboard, and finds sales down 30% on the best ASIN. Sessions flat. Conversion halved. And no way to find out when it started, because the tools they just spent three days learning about all describe the present tense.

Flat sessions with collapsing conversion is usually one thing: the traffic still arrives at your detail page, but the add-to-cart button belongs to somebody else. Losing the Buy Box looks identical to a ranking problem in every report Amazon gives you, and the fix is completely different.

That’s the gap SentryKit was built for. Not a better mirror — a record of what changed on your listings and when, from outside your account. Buy Box Lost when a competitor takes the Featured Offer. Hijacker Detected when an unauthorized seller shows up on your ASIN. Listing Suppressed with the reason attached, not just the status. Content Changed when someone edits a field you didn’t touch.

Go to Accelerate. Take the notebook. Just don’t come back assuming the tools on that stage are watching your listings, because they aren’t — and that’s not a bug, it’s the boundary of what Amazon’s own data can see.

What will Amazon announce at Accelerate 2026?

Amazon has not pre-announced any 2026 launches — it says only that the General Sessions contain exclusive announcements. Based on the 2025 pattern and this year’s published session list, expect expanded Seller Assistant capabilities in account health, more AI embedded into existing Seller Central surfaces rather than standalone tools, and compliance and international selling tooling.

What did Amazon announce at Accelerate 2025?

Seller Assistant with agentic capabilities, Custom Analytics, Profit Analytics, Opportunity Explorer, Unmet Demand Insights, the end of FBA commingling in favor of stickerless inventory, Global Warehousing and Distribution, Multi-Channel Fulfillment partnerships with Walmart, Shopify and SHEIN, expanded seller financing, and Shoppable A+ Content.

Can I watch Amazon Accelerate 2026 online for free?

Amazon has not announced a live stream or virtual ticket for 2026. In 2025 it published General Sessions and selected breakouts free on demand to the Sell on Amazon YouTube channel about six days after the event. That is the precedent, but it has not been confirmed for this year.

Is the Featured Offer eligibility change an Accelerate announcement?

No. Amazon announced in July 2026 that it was removing the seller eligibility requirement for the Featured Offer, rolling out gradually and completing by the end of 2026. It lands around the same time as the event but it was not announced there, and Amazon has said the way the Featured Offer is selected is not changing.
