Amazon gives the Buy Box (the Featured Offer) to the offer that wins on landed price, delivery speed, seller performance and stock. You lose it when another seller beats you on that mix, when your stock runs low, or when your price goes above Amazon's competitive threshold, in which case the Buy Box is suppressed and nobody holds it. Since July 2026 Amazon has been removing the Featured Offer eligibility gate, so more sellers now compete for it.

Lost means another seller now holds the Buy Box on your listing: there is a seller to identify and a price to compare. Suppressed means nobody holds it: Amazon removed the Buy Box, usually because your price is above its competitive threshold, and shoppers see "See All Buying Options". Matching a competitor cannot fix suppression. SentryKit sends a different alert for each, and the suppressed alert shows Amazon's expected winning price.
