Orders are counted across all marketplaces under your Seller Central account — US, UK, Germany, Canada, and others combined. When you connect your Amazon account, we pull your last 30 days and suggest the right plan automatically. Your rolling 30-day count is always visible in your dashboard.
A seller account is a single Seller Central login. One login can cover multiple marketplaces (US, UK, DE, etc.) — those are all included under a single account. If you manage separate Seller Central logins for different clients or brands, each counts as a separate account (+$29/mo each).
Market Landscape is the full picture of every competing offer on your ASIN — price, fulfillment type, seller feedback, US-based vs. overseas, and account age. It's included in every Buy Box alert so you can make an informed decision instead of just reacting to a price number.
Alerts never stop. If you exceed your plan's monthly order volume, we show a clear notification in your dashboard and apply a small overage rate (+$8 per 1,000 orders on Pro). We don't cut you off mid-month — especially not during Q4 or a flash sale when you need coverage most.
If you're already on a SentryKit plan, nothing changes automatically. Any pricing updates will be communicated directly by email with clear migration options and a transition period. You'll never be moved to a new plan without your confirmation.
