An Amazon monitoring API built on your own seller account.

SentryKit watches your account health, policy violations, Buy Box, hijackers, FBA fees, stock and listing changes. Each alert goes to the person or tool that deals with it: email, Slack, Teams, ClickUp, Google Sheets, Claude, ChatGPT or your own systems. Every plan, from $19/month, in 22 Amazon marketplaces.

What SentryKit catches, and where it sends it

Because SentryKit connects to your Seller Central account, an alert tells you what changed and why: the reason Amazon gave, the fee before and after, who took the Buy Box. Nobody has to go and look it up.

Account health
Your Account Health Rating or account status changing, in each marketplace.
Policy and compliance issues
New IP complaints, listing or restricted-product policy violations, safety and authenticity complaints, warnings and document requests.
Buy Box losses
Who took it, the price gap, and whether price, fulfilment or stock caused it. Buy Box alert
Hijackers and unauthorised sellers
The seller name and ID as soon as they join your listing. Hijacker alert
FBA fee changes
The old and new fee for each ASIN, so overcharges get spotted and claimed. FBA fee alert
Low stock
FBA and FBM stock crossing the level you set, before the listing runs dry.
Suppressed listings
Which listing, in which marketplace, and the reason Amazon gave. Suppression alert
Listing changes
Title, images, category or parent ASIN, before and after. Listing change alert
Competitive price
When Amazon's price check against other retailers drops below your price. Competitive Price alert
Price changes
Your own price and your competitors' prices, tracked separately. Price change alert
Sales stopping
A product going a set number of hours without a sale.
Where alerts go
  • Email to each teammate, with their own alerts, brands and timing
  • Slack, Teams or ClickUp channels, one per brand or client
  • Google Sheets as a running log
  • Claude or ChatGPT, to ask questions about your accounts
  • n8n, Make or your own systems through webhooks
  • Reports and dashboards through the API
Why the API matters: email and Slack tell a person. The API hands the same alert to your other tools as data they can sort and act on, and lets you pull the history whenever you need it: every Buy Box change, price move and alert, by ASIN, account and marketplace.

How brands and agencies use it

Brand with several teams

Each team gets only the alerts it acts on

Everyone works from one SentryKit account and picks their own alerts, brands and timing (real time, daily or weekly).

Compliance
Account health changes and new policy violations or IP complaints, for the marketplaces they cover.
Listings
Competitive price and listing change alerts for their brands, in real time.
Pricing
Buy Box losses with who took it and by how much, in their Slack channel.
Finance
FBA fee changes logged to a sheet by ASIN. On Pro, the FBA fee reimbursement report lists the orders to claim.
Inventory
Low-stock alerts in time to send more units in.
Owner
Hears about account status changes straight away, gets a daily or weekly digest, and asks Claude when something looks off.

Already using a profit tool? SentryKit explains the drops it shows. A higher FBA fee, a lost Buy Box or a stock-out gets flagged the day it happens, and can go to the same sheet your finance team uses.

Agency

Every client account in one place

  • Connect all client accounts once. Every alert names the client account and marketplace.
  • See account health and policy issues for every client, so a slipping account is caught before the client calls.
  • Send each client's alerts to its own Slack channel or ClickUp list, so the right account manager picks it up.
  • Pull a month of alerts per client for reports, without exporting from Seller Central.

More in SentryKit for agencies.

Client A · US → #client-a in Slack
Client B · UK, DE → ClickUp task per alert
Client C · CA → account manager's email
All clients → monthly client report
Claude and ChatGPT

Ask about your accounts in plain English

Connect SentryKit to Claude or ChatGPT and ask the questions you'd normally answer with an export and a spreadsheet. We set up the connection with you.

Brand · ChatGPT
Which of our UK listings lost the Buy Box this week, and why?
Three. Two went to the same reseller, who undercut you by £1.00 on Monday. The third went out of stock on your side on Wednesday, so that one needs inventory, not a price change.
Agency · Claude
Did any client's account health change this week?
One. Client B's Germany account went from Good to Fair after two new listing policy violations on Tuesday. Everyone else is unchanged. Want the violation details for the client call?

How it compares with tools you may already use

Most teams already have a research tool, and Amazon's own assistant lives inside Seller Central. SentryKit does a different job: it keeps watch on your accounts and listings in every marketplace and gets each alert to whoever fixes it.

We set it up with you

Tell us where your team works, whether that's Claude, ChatGPT, ClickUp, Slack, n8n, Make, a sheet or your own systems, and we'll connect SentryKit to it. Every plan, from $19/month, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card.

Questions about the SentryKit API

Yes. SentryKit has an API and webhooks for Amazon seller alerts. Alerts can go to your own tools as they happen, and you can pull alerts, tracked ASINs, Buy Box history and competitor price history at any time. Both are included on every plan.
Every plan, from $19/month, including the 14-day free trial with no credit card. There's no sales call, add-on or per-alert charge.
Yes. SentryKit alerts when your Account Health Rating or account status changes in a marketplace, and when new policy issues appear: IP complaints, listing and restricted-product policy violations, product safety and authenticity complaints, warnings and document requests. Each alert can go to the person who handles it, or to Slack, Teams, ClickUp, Claude or your own systems.
Amazon's notices go to whoever is set up on that one seller account. SentryKit checks the account health report for every account you connect every few hours and tells you exactly what changed, for example: Germany, listing policy violations 0 to 2, rating Good to Fair. That change goes straight to the person who deals with it, and an agency sees every client's accounts in one place.
Yes. Once connected, you can ask questions like whether any account's health changed this week, which listings lost the Buy Box and why, or which FBA fees went up this month. We set up the connection with you, based on how your team wants to use it.
Yes. Each brand, client or team can have its own channel or list, and each person can choose which alerts they get and how often. We help you set it up.
Yes. Alerts can be sent to any of them as they happen, with the ASIN, marketplace, seller account and alert details. We can help you build the workflow.
Amazon's plugin lets you ask about and act on your Seller Central data, and it's in beta for US stores. SentryKit keeps a constant watch on Buy Box, hijackers, FBA fees, stock, suppressions and listing changes across all your accounts and 22 marketplaces, and sends each alert to the person who handles it. Many teams use both.
Keepa's API covers price and sales-rank history for any product, paid in tokens. SellerSonar's API starts on its Business plan at $74.98/month, with webhooks on Enterprise. SentryKit's API is on every plan from $19/month and works from your connected seller account, so alerts include details like account health changes, the reason Amazon gave for a suppression, your old and new FBA fee, and your stock when the Buy Box changed hands.
Yes. Keep Keepa for research and your profit tool for margins. SentryKit tells you when something changes on your listings, like an FBA fee increase or a lost Buy Box, and can send it to the same sheet or dashboard.
All 22 Amazon marketplaces SentryKit monitors. Every alert names its marketplace and seller account, so one setup covers your US, UK, EU and other stores.
A REST API with an API key, and webhooks signed with HMAC-SHA256. Failed deliveries are retried for up to 12 hours, each alert keeps one ID across retries, and every delivery is logged. Keys and webhooks are created in Settings, and you can send a test event before going live.
