The competitor alert uses the landed price, which is the item price plus shipping, because that's the price shoppers compare and the one that decides the Buy Box. The alert also says whether the competitor ships FBA or FBM.
Yes. Add your product costs (COGS) in SentryKit and the Price Floor alert tells you when a price falls below the floor worked out from those costs, with the gap. It's useful as a safety net if a repricer is allowed to go lower than it should.
