Amazon FBA fee reimbursement: claim every overcharged order, keep 100%.

When Amazon re-measures a product and the FBA fee drops, the orders you already sold at the higher fee stay overcharged until you claim them. SentryKit finds those orders for you and gives you a claim-ready report to download from your dashboard. No commission, no percentage of what you get back.

Reimbursement Tool Or Service?

An FBA fee reimbursement tool that doesn't take a cut.

Reimbursement services file claims for you and keep a share of what Amazon pays back. Fee alert tools tell you a fee changed and leave the rest to you. SentryKit sits in between for FBA fee overcharges: it does the audit, you file, you keep everything.

How It Works

From re-measure to claim-ready report.

1
Amazon re-measures, the fee drops
SentryKit checks the FBA fee on every listing daily and spots the lower fee along with the new measurements or size tier.
2
We audit every order
For each order of that SKU in the 90 days before the re-measure, we compare the fee Amazon charged with the correct fee. Orders Amazon kept charging the old fee on after the re-measure are included too.
3
Only what's claimable
Orders already refunded, already reimbursed or charged the right fee are left out. Orders older than 90 days today are flagged, because Amazon may decline them.
4
Download and file
Download the report from your dashboard, open a case in Seller Central and attach it. Amazon pays reimbursements into your account, and you keep all of it.

Amazon FBA fee reimbursement: common questions.

When Amazon charges a higher FBA fulfilment fee than it should, you can ask it to pay back the difference on the orders affected. The most common cause is Amazon measuring a product as bigger or heavier than it is. When Amazon re-measures and the fee comes down, every order before that was charged too much, and those orders are what you claim.
No. A re-measure corrects the fee for new orders only. Orders already sold at the higher fee stay overcharged until you open a case in Seller Central with the order IDs and ask for a reimbursement.
In Seller Central, open Help, then Get support, then Fulfillment by Amazon, and choose the FBA fees or product dimensions option. Say when Amazon re-measured the SKU and that earlier orders were charged the higher fee, attach the list of orders and ask for the overcharge to be reimbursed. Keep the case ID; reimbursements usually show up as an adjustment in your next settlement. The SentryKit report includes these steps.
Sellers and agencies report that Amazon reviews fee overcharge claims for roughly the last 90 days, so file soon after the re-measure. SentryKit checks the 90 days before the re-measure and flags orders that are already more than 90 days old, because Amazon may decline those.
Yes, for FBA fee overcharges. SentryKit Fee Recovery is included on the Pro plan at $49/month with 0% commission, so whatever Amazon pays back is yours. It doesn't cover lost or damaged inventory; for those, see our guide to Amazon FBA inventory reimbursements.
For every order of a re-measured SKU, it compares the FBA fee Amazon actually charged per unit, taken from your Amazon settlement data, with the correct fee after the re-measure. It leaves out orders Amazon already refunded or reimbursed and orders charged the right fee, and it includes orders Amazon kept charging the old fee on after the re-measure.
All 22 Amazon marketplaces SentryKit supports, with amounts in each marketplace's currency. It comes with FBA fee change alerts, so you also hear the day any fee goes up or down.
