Introduction

Using the Amazon API, SentryKit checks on your products frequently. Catching problems early on, SentryKit will notify you via email and desktop notification of over a dozen problems and potential threats.

FBA Stock - Alert when the product goes low on stock.

FBM Stock - Alert when the product goes low on stock.

Product Details Change - Track the Title, Image, Bulletpoints, Description, Dimension and Weight changes of a product.

Main Image - Alert if main image of the product had been taken down.

Main/Sub-Category Change - Alert when the sub-category or the main category of a product has changed.

Best Seller Badge - Monitor whether the product has the Best Seller Badge in one of its categories.

Prime badge - Monitor whether the product has a Prime Badge.

Amazon's choice badge - Monitor whether the product has an Amazon's choice badge.

Price Change - Alert when another seller has a lower price than you.

Hijacker Alert - Monitor the number of active sellers on a listing.

Buy-box - Alert if the buybox is lost to another seller.

Add-to-Cart Button - Alert if there is no add to cart button on the listing.

FBA Fee Change - Alert when the latest orders' FBA Fee changed.

Sales Volume - Alert if there is a sharp drop in the sales volume. Warn if sales are slowly decreasing over a few days.

Suspended Listings - Check if Amazon indicates a problem with a listing.

Search Result Suppression - Alert when the product does not appear in the search results.

Latest Reviews - Alert when there is bad review in the Latest Reviews section at #1-#3. Warn when there is bad review at #4-#10.

Top Rated Reviews - Alert when there is bad review in the Top Rated Reviews section at #1-#3. Warn when there is bad review at #4-#10.

Star Rating Change - Alert if rating changes by half a star. Optional: warn on every 0.1 change too.

Bad Seller Feedback - Alert if there is new recent bad seller feedback.
