Amazon is allowing a select number of third-party services to send notifications to sellers directly on Amazon Seller Central, helping sellers get important information from service providers faster
Emerald is a game-changing initiative to allow secure and compliant third-party apps like SentryKit to serve you directly through your Seller Central account. It offers important and customized business notifications without having to leave Seller Central. No more missed communications or tabbing endlessly through browser windows.
After you reauthorize an app utilizing the Emerald feature, you can start receiving business-critical notifications on your Seller Central Homepage and from the Notifications banner within the Selling Partner App store.
SentryKit was one of the first apps to join the Emerald program, and we have integrated some of the most critical alerts; more will be added soon.
You can currently receive the following alerts in your Seller Central:
1. Re-Authorize Seller Store: Every store needs to be re-authorized after every 365 days, or the API credentials will expire. Once expired, SentryKit is not able to track and monitor most aspects of your store, which may lead to critical issues being missed if this is not resolved soon.
2. Suspended Listing: Get notifications for suspended listings, which will directly impact your sales.
3. Search Result Suppression: Alert when the product does not appear in the search results.
